Medical Missions Ministries

In the breathtakingly beautiful countryside of Guatemala, amid volcanoes, forest, desert, mountains, valleys and lakes, small teams of Americans are transported in USA-supplied Chevy Suburbans to remote villages to offer both medical and spiritual restoration to the needy. Teams will stay at the Medical Missions Ministries Ministry Training Center in Guatemala City and go out into the villages during the day. Some teams may be able to experience an overnight stay in the villages.

You do not need to have any medical experience to participate in this trip (when they resume), however doctors, nurses and other medical professionals will be welcomed.

IMMUNIZATIONS

Up-to-date Tetanus is and Covid-19 ( Ages 16+) vaccination required, Hepatitis A and Typhoid recommended, Malaria meds possible depending on villages to be visited during the trip (knowledge acquired two weeks before departure date).
